Producer

We are a family run farm located in the foothills of Auburn. Our farm dates back to 1894, making it one of the oldest buildings and farms in Nevada County. Our business is based on growing sustainable, seasonal produce using permaculture practices. We grow a variety of produce, changing with the seasons, from green beans to heirloom tomatoes blackberries to a variety of herbs.

We keep chemicals off our farm while also keeping our prices affordable for people. We hope to continue building the farm, our soil, our varieties of fruits and veggies. We are enjoying having more community outreach and educational involvement in local schools, teaching the farmers and gardeners of tomorrow.

We use a blend of Back-to-Eden, hugleculture and Agroforestry. We also use common practices: creating our own compost, no-dig, layer gardening, etc
