About Us
Jollity Farm is the only licensed dairy in El Dorado County. All our Goat milk cheeses are produced at our farm in Garden Valley, CA. Yes, it is artisan cheese, but it also carries the more rare designation of farmstead cheese. At Jollity Farm, we create our cheeses only from the milk that is produced by the animals that we care for and love. We milk the goats. We make the cheese.
The cheese is handcrafted in small batches, curds are cut by hand (not machine), curds are gently ladled by hand. We even hand pack each container. Jollity Farm Feta is a California State Fair Cheese Competition Gold Medal winner. Charley’s Chevre has repeatedly won Silver.
MaryLisa has been making goat milk soaps since 1997. Our goat milk soaps and goat milk lotions are also “farmstead” products: the milk is collected on the same farm where the products are produced. Jollity Farm Goat milk is the #1 ingredient in all our products.
Our skin care products are also handcrafted, made in small batches to ensure quality, and cut, packaged and wrapped by hand. Because our products are handmade, there will be slight variations of scents, colors and consistency from one bar of soap to another, making each one unique. We welcome creative custom orders of our fine soaps.

We do not have any special certification for the way we do things, but we consider our animals to be humanly raised. Our farm would most likely be considered Eco-Farming.
