We are a small family cottage bakery, farm and orchard located in Newcastle, CA. We are passionate about teaching and nurturing the homesteading lifestyle, preserving, dehydrating, and making fresh jams and marmalades. We find fulfillment in passing on homesteading skills by providing learning opportunities at various times throughout the year. We value a peaceful, organic farmstyle life while encouraging and preserving a sense of community. Whether it be through teaching, sharing homesteading skills, or sharing our beautiful bounty in our local communities, I believe we owe it to our future generations to invest in and nurture a sense of community and togetherness. With that in mind, providing what I make and grow through local venues, allows me to connect with people locally and advance that passion. We practice only natural, organic farming practices you don’t find in traditional farm and grocery experiences. Because we are small, we can put individual attention and care into each and every plant. We invest in soil health and plant nutrition as the utmost importance and are able to correct our environment naturally.
